We had a great time at this unique hotel in the old part of town. The architecture was authentic and the terraces were perfect for hanging out. The room was spacious and cool, and the staff, especially Burak, were incredibly helpful.
Morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

The location of the hotel is ideal, nestled down a little alleyway just down the hill from the Sehidiye Camii. It's close to everything you need in the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The room was full of character and charm, with a certain local theme that added to the immersion in the tourist climate of the city. The breakfast served on the two terraces provided stunning views of the castle behind and the Mesopotamia plains in front.
The Wi-Fi signal in the room was very weak.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. The hotel's historic building added to its charm, giving it a castle-like feel. The breakfast was delicious and worth the wait. The location was perfect - close to everything but tucked away in a quiet residential area down a little alleyway.
Couldn't stay longer, but we wish we could have.

Nice view to the street from the terrace. We were upgraded to economy single room on check in. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Sultan Sofrasi that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Absolutely good location and GREAT value for money contrasted with other options.

my recent stay in mardin was incredible, but this time, staying at a lovely old stone hotel exceeded all expectations. the atmosphere was charming, the room was luxurious, and the breakfast on the balcony with a view of the plains was breathtaking. such a perfect place to explore the old town.

Loved the free breakfast I didn't have to pay for, enjoyed the airport shuttle that took me to the hotel and back, and the hot tub in the garden was a real highlight. being able to bring my own drinks was a nice touch.
Who needs privacy or a working TV anyway? The room without a window, broken electronics, and uncomfortable shower really added charm to my stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel in Mardin. The beautiful old Armenian stone building had lots of character and staying there felt like stepping back in time. The two terraces were a great place to relax and take in the views. Our room was spacious and cool, providing a comfortable retreat from the bustling streets. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and gave us a taste of local flavors. we had a pleasant and memorable stay at this hotel.

First of all, the owner of the hotel, Hassan, picked me up from the airport and was such a friendly and helpful person. He gave me great information about the city and even helped me plan my tour. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town. And let me tell you, the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking - I couldn't get enough of it. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and polite, and they even gave me a blanket when I was sitting on the terrace in the evening. the breakfast at the hotel was out of this world - it was so delicious and varied.
One downside of my stay was that the room was not very clean. It could have been better maintained.
